I did not expect people to not have their Windows 7 machine not up to date, but
given that it happened to several of you we modified the USBPcap installer so
as to explicitly check that KB3033929 is installed on Windows 7 / 2008R2. If
not, USBPcap installer will quit.
I hope to have it ready for next release (I already tested it successfully, we
just need to sign the new installer).
