Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net)

In the attached pcap file, there's a single TCP over IPv4 packet.
The IPv4 part has a header of 40 bytes and Total Length of 88 bytes.
The TCP part is 48 bytes long.
However, when Wireshark dissects the TCP checksum it says "unchecked, not all
data available".
