Hm, nice. I remember I was looking at this setting in past few weeks as it
seemed new to me and I thought it could be intended for the cases where e.g. a
re-INVITE changes media type from audio to image and the actual change takes
place later, so a couple of audio media packets are decoded improperly as
udptl. While I am sure I haven't open any such capture to check it, I have
probably ticked the setting and forgotten about it.

So what now, is it still a bug (with lower severity) or is it an intended
behaviour? Because mentioning a *change* of SDP implies that the setting should
not affect the interpretation of the first SDP from that call party.
