If I build Wireshark with Qt 5.5.1 on my Windows VM most of the UI is displayed
in English, but many menu shortcuts, dialog buttons, and other text is
displayed in German. I can replicate this on the 32-bit and 64-bit Windows
builders as well.

According to systeminfo.exe I'm on a U.S. English system:

System Locale: en-us;English (United States)
Input Locale: en-us;English (United States)

My "Language" preference in Wireshark is set to the default ("Use system
setting").

This does not happen with Qt 5.5.1 on OS X, at least on my laptop.

I'm not sure if this is an issue in the Qt 5.5.1 Windows packages or if we're
misusing the translation API. Either way this is a blocker for shipping the
Windows packages with Qt 5.5.
