Looks like the problem is that Wireshark isn't recognizing that the HT Control
blob isn't there while omnipeek does.  It looks like if Wireshark would
recognize those 4 bytes as being HTC then the rest of the dissection would line
up.

There's a bunch of discussion about this in the comments preceding
dissect_ht_control()--including a (possibly out of date) comment indicating we
have no equipment which produces HTC.  Well, now we have a capture with an HTC.
