Clarifying on what Pascal said, current master does handle *reassembly*
properly (the provided capture dissects correctly). WebSocket *fragmentation*
(that is, captures containing websocket.fin==0) are still not supported.

As Alexis said, patches welcome :-) There is a TODO marker in the file with
references.
