For the record, Wiresharks older than 1.12.6 cannot dissect some AMQP 1.0
datatypes: UUIDs, decimals and timestamps.
This has been fixed in 1.12.6, but it may be useful to add a test for this to
the menagerie. Attached PCAP contains all possible datatypes that can be
produced by Microsoft Azure.
