Running on Mac OS X 10.10.4, build 14E46 (Darwin 14.4.0), with locale
en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap version 1.5.3 - Apple version 47, with libz 1.2.5,
with GnuTLS 2.12.19, with Gcrypt 1.5.0.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4980HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (with SSE4.2)

Built using clang 4.2.1 Compatible Apple LLVM 6.1.0 (clang-602.0.53).

For some reason you can create every kind of FT_XXX ProtoField except
FT_PROTOCOL, even though the API code to add that type of ProtoField to a tree
is already in place.
