Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

latest version of wireshark are not able to IDENTIFY packets captured  on the
OTV tunnel.

there packets are double encapsulated with plain GRE ( outer most) and MPLS
header and then PAYLOAD.

however , if we DOWNGARDE wireshark to lower versions 1.6.5 , it shows the OTV
ENCAP packet with payload.
