Another educated guess -
The setup of struct PacketWinData in new_packet_window() (created when you
double-click on the packet) isn't being "refreshed" with the redissection that
happens when Decode As is applied.  It wouldn't surprise me if there are a few
more open bugs with similar symptoms.
