Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with WinPcap version

Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

In the attached pcap file there's a single Redirect ICMP packet.
The ICMP payload should contain IPv4 header and the first 8 bytes of its
payload but it only contains the first 4 bytes of its payload.
