Issue disappears after deleting all the files under %APPDATA%\Wireshark folder,
so this issue is indeed related to my original preferences. And I can't
reproduce this issue again. However the File -> Open menu still doesn't work.
There is no Open dialogue popup.
What is the recommended QT software version to build wireshark QT? Currently I
use QT 5.3. It seems wireshark can't be built with newest QT 5.4.
