Ooops, yup missed that.

So you're saying these two cases:
1) foo:register_heuristic("wpan", function(...) return foo.dissector(...) end)
2) foo:register_heuristic("wpan", function(...) return true; end)

...didn't do the same thing?  They should have I think.  I'll have to
investigate that more.
