Mr. Evoltech: are you still having this problem?  If not, can I close this bug?

If you are still having a problem, I believe the issue is the configure script
takes the path you gave it in '--with-lua=' and appends an 'include' dir after
it.  i.e., it will be looking for '/usr/include/lua5.1/include/lua.h'. (but I'm
not an expert on the configure script, so I could be wrong)
