The problem appears to be specific to the 1.12 branch.  It works fine for me in
master.

Note that if I disable the TCP Preference "allow subdissectors to reassemble
TCP streams" then it works in the master-1.12 branch too.

Alternatively if I delete the duplicate SSH-setup frames (the SYN, SYN-ACK, and
all the other packets are duplicated in this capture file) then it works in
master-1.12 too.  I suppose master may be bettere here thanks to
I2871c2a90c601637bdfb8cffaa34a7407995c603 which means subdissectors aren't
called on retransmissions by default (in master).

Not sure why what the differences with 1.10.x are.
