1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 3.2.15, Gcrypt 1.6.2, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz, with 8055MB of physical
memory.

There seems to be an issue with capinfos.c.
I can run the following in windows command prompt and have no problems.
"C:\Program Files\Wireshark\capinfos.exe" -Trmc
F:\Dumpcap_Logs\00001_20141124162106.pcapng >>F:\Dumpcap_Logs\Total_Count.csv
When I try and run the following in vb.net I get the error below.
