Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

In the attached pcap file, there's a single HTTP GET packet.
When clicking on the HTTP GET Request URI field, the value begins with
\357\277, which is in hex EFBF.
However, you can see in below that the actual value begins with D35B.

EFBF can be found in the Content-Type field.
