Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).
Looks similar to https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10619
In the attached pcap file, there's a single IPv6 packet with Mobility Options
extension header that includes a Signature option.
Within that option, the CGA Parameters field includes all bytes until the end
of the packet, which includes bytes beyond the option data.
