Does libcairo.2.dylib exist in /opt/X11/lib/libcairo.2.dylib?  (/opt/X11, not
/usr/X11)?

If so, did you have another OS X release installed, and have XQuartz installed,
and then upgrade to Yosemite?

If so, then Apple's Yosemite installer broke your XQuartz installation; try
doing

    sudo ln -s /opt/X11 /usr/X11

and, after doing that, see whether Wireshark works.
