Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).
Looks similar to https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10618
In the attached pcap file, there's a single IPv6 packet with Mobility Options
extension header that includes an Authorization Data mobility option.
The last field of the Authorization Data mobility option is the next option
type, which seems useless and uses a byte that is beyond the option's data.
