Took a shot at fixing the bug using capture from bug 6392.  Packet 25 now shows
the "extra 3 bytes" that were swallowed, but the dissection doesn't look THAT
different.  So if Matthieu (or someone more familiar with DCERPC) could verify,
that would be appreciated.

I'm hoping this isn't something deeper within the TCP dissector.
