Perhaps we could also impose an upper limit on the size of the cache - yes, for
a Really Large File (yes, people report bugs when Wireshark runs out of memory
when loading multi-gigabyte captures, and it'd be nice if it *didn't* run out
of memory in those cases), that would mean the cache might be ineffective if
the capture is mostly encrypted DCE RPC, but that's what you get with a Really
Large File.

When clearing a filter, it might be nice not to have to redissect anything
other than the packets that are displayed.
