Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

The FreeBSD installation location for the Lua header files is
/usr/local/include/lua52, while the configure script looks for
/usr/local/include/lua5.2.

I'm currently fighting with the configure script to get it recognized, no luck
yet. I will update this bug when I have a patch.
