With recent git version (b7940046fae473cf1d64a76ee90b23ca89b93768) 
decryption of DCE-RPC encrypted with kerberos fails, it has been git bissected
to commit abbcaabccc111041c79e8e18314c93aef0f98483.

The root cause is that the buffer contains ASN1 prefix and the length is also
counting the ASN1 prefix
