An initial patch

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

When a HyperV server access a VHD over SMB3.x it adds an Extra Create Parameter
to a CREATE request that has useful info.

This is not dissected.

I have a mod to the smb2 dissector that dissects these, although it could be
improved.

These EXPs are indicated by a binary GUID, so I added code to handle those.

I will attach the patch.
