Hello,

TLV 242 (Router CAPABILITY TLV), defined in RFC 4971, Section 2, is not
decoded. This RFC is from year 2007, and this TLV is widely used by various
router vendors.

Attached are example capture files with TLV 242 generated by ALU, CSCO, and
JNPR routers.
