Note that if, in your testing, you were sending UDP traffic with an IP protocol
number other than 17, and using Decode As... to dissect it as UDP, the UDP
dissector would interpret it as UDPlite.  Decode As... breaks dissector
assumptions that dissectors might make about how they're called and, as Decode
As... is useful functionality, those assumptions shouldn't be made.
