Hi,

I checked in a couple of small fixes for the tftp dissector.
(dfe331e35e0400942d3ad9e4b5f8c84369546b6d and parents)

This should fix your issues to some extent.

Generated filenames are shown only for data packets, not for requests.

The conversations wouldn't work in your sample capture when I used Decode As to
assign port 59 to tftp. I fixed this as well.

Your sample capture is really useful for testing as it contains several
transfers using the same ports. The filename matching isn't working correctly
in all cases yet. I have a rough idea how to fix this but I'm running out of
time.

I'll assign the bug to myself and progress this as time permits.
