When the display filter _expression_ dialog is opened and a protocol category
expanded, only ONE child item is shown under the parent protocol. Below the one
child item, other items that should be at the same level as the parent protocol
are displayed.

For example, IPv6 is below IPv4 in the protocol list. If IPv4 is expanded, we
should see all the available filters, from ip.addr through ip.version, all
indented one level. Instead, we see only ip.version followed by IPv6 indented
to the same level as ip.version. If ip.version is expanded, we see ip.version
again, indented an additional level, followed by IPv6 and a bunch more of the
parent protocols.

See the attached screen shot for an example with IPv4 expanded and then
ip.version expanded twice more.

This appears to affect every protocol, not just IPv4.
