Comment # 3 on bug 9826 from 
(1) I attach a screen shot of what I'm seeing

(2) Speculation:  Perhaps there are two dissectors reporting the truncation? 
The TCP dissector and the PRP dissector

(3) When I open the example pcap, I only see one copy of the 'Packet size
limited during capture' message.  Once I change profiles, I then see the
stuttered effect

To repro:
- Open example pcap
- Change profiles
- Examine summary line
