The GUI suspects nothing - it just displays what it's told by the dissection
code - so this would be a change to the dissection code; in particular, it
would be a change to the code in show_exception() that appends that text to the
Info column.

As long as that preference would also be available in TShark from the command
line.

It might be more appropriate as a preference for the "Frame" protocol.
