The change I proposed first (rename tpncp.dat to tpncp.dat.disabled) doesn't
remove the dissector - just disable it, so if someone would like to use old
tpncp - it is possible by simple renaming the file.
On other hand, I understand the backward compatibility concerns and agree to
close the issue.
