Hi,

there were requests to add support for more versions of the same ASTERIX
category. I have built in that support and am committing a patch and a sample
file with CAT064 v.0.17.

The default is the latest version v.1.16. The user needs to go to
Edit->Preferences->Protocols->ASTERIX and select the appropriate version for
Category 62.

There are some problems with naming similar fields from different versions. I
have named them to be able to filter them and tried to avoid version number in
the name. However, that was not possible everywhere. Some good naming
convention shall be established, but I need users feedback for that.
