When wireshark is dissecting announce_peers request in BTDHT, it get the wrong
port number.

I have uploaded a snapshot and sample pcap file, you can see the 'bug.png', the
port should be 16703 instead of 'e5:to'.

This is mainly caused by using wrong position when dissecting the integer
value.
