Hello,
This time 5 patches for Bluetooth dissectors. One patch init work on new
profile - 3DS (for 3D Glasses). The rest of implementation 3DS should be done
in bthci_cmd/evt layers and patch 4 prepare dissectors for next implementation
(3DS and the rest of incomplete decoding of "EIR"). 

Other patches: see title to know what they do.

Please also review my patches in bug
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7893 (Bluetooth: Add
support for AVDTP/A2DP/VDP and SBC codec within playing stream), I hope that
patch 5 can be enough clear to simple check.
