Bug 1: In tshark's "io,stat" output, eliminate the unrequested "Frames and
bytes" column (Col 1).
Bug 2: If the interval is a whole number, the table is improperly formatted.
Enhancement: If the interval is a whole number the last interval has the same
starting and ending time (e.g., "9 <> 9"). Add "Duration" in the table header
and allow the user to specify the level of precision to be displayed for
duration and the time intervals by adding up to six zeroes in the mantissa
(e.g., "-z io,stat,1.000"). The "Duration" value is displayed with the
specified precision, and "Dur" in the last interval is replaced with that
value.
