I'm not sure what changes to look for (just about everything seems identical)
but it looks good as far as I can tell - I can easily test only streams with
FEC encoding ids 0, 1, 6 and 129 though.

My only "complaint" is that this version no longer preserves the position
within the packet's dissected view when switching to a new packet. I.e., if the
first field in my dissected view is "Extension count" in wireshark v1.8.6 and I
switch to a new packet, "Extension count" is still the first field displayed in
the dissected view. The latest trunk version switches to the first field in the
dissected view instead. This doesn't seem to be caused by your changes though -
I get this behavior even when not using RMT dissector.
