I updated the rsync dissector to make it able to parse the newer variants of
the protocol, treat binary data consistently and clearly differentiate packets
of the client and the server.

I join the (updated) patches as an archive as they are many small commits as
well as a single .patch.

I followed the guidelines in doc/README.developer and it passed the
tools/check*.pl scripts as well as fuzz-testing with EmergeSync.cap (30
passes).
