Hi Pascal,

I don't know very well what is the best way to collapse all the clusters
dissector. If you suggest to combine all the cluster dissector in the zbee-zcl
file I think isn't a problem. So the packet-zbee-zcl.c size will increase a
lot. 

I have other dissectors ready to add, but I wait your suggestion about the
files organization.
