The "Decrypted SSL" tab is not special, and shouldn't be treated as such.  The
closest thing to a "special" tab is the frame data tab, as that's the only one
guaranteed to be there.

The correct way to make that work would be to remember the last selected tab's
name and, *if* that tab is present in the new packet, select it.
