OK, then given comment 11 regarding possibly trying to reassemble a corrupted
stream, should r24778 be reverted, at least for TCP?  If the user wants to
disable checksum verification in order to get around TCO issues, then they also
run the risk of invalid reassembly due to real checksum errors.  Maybe
Wireshark should take the safest default approach?
