I've installed Wireshark for the first time ever today but I cannot access the
wiki because it keeps popping the "Surge protection" warning.
I've never visited that wiki before so it's a bit ridiculous it throws that
notice. I tried in my main browser FireFox 20.x and also in Chrome, all on
Vista 64.
I've got the local help enabled during the install but still there are many
links to the wiki from within Wireshark's screens.

Surge protection
Warning:
You triggered the wiki's surge protection by doing too many requests in a short
time.
Please make a short break reading the stuff you already got.
When you restart doing requests AFTER that, slow down or you might get locked
out for a longer time!
