Hi,

as discussed in

I added an option -k (for German "Kommentar" as -c/-C are already taken) to
display a file's capture comment. For PCAPng files, that's the comment in the
SHB. 

I converted multi-line comments into a single line by replacing the \n with
spaces.

Should be straightforward. I'll leave it for review and comments before I check
it in.
