Personally I find this check useful as I already saw a MS/UE wrongly setting a
digit to 0xf.
That said, a MCC/MNC set to 0xffffff has definitely a specific meaning in 3GPP
world, so displaying a warning in this case does not really make sense.
I changed the behavior in revision 48793 so as to identify this specific case
and display the MCC/MNC as 'Unset'.
