This patch enhances the dissection of DLR frames in the EtherNet/IP dissector.
The DLR part of EtherNet/IP was extend with three new frame types and four
attributes. Both the new frames and attributes are now supported in this patch. 

Also the patch corrects a bug in the Link_Status/Neighbor_Status frame, that
previously did decode one files as an enumeration but is is really a bit-filed.
