Apologize, for the privacy I can't send the pcap because it contain the datas
of our softswitch and the telephone numbers our customers.

To resolve the issue I have installed the version 1.6.14 that works fine on
Windows 2003 server.

The problem of version 1.8.6 is present only on Windows 2003 server, while on
Windows7 it works fine. .
