I've just downloaded and tested SVN-48476.  Here, the first, second and fourth
packets are dissected OK, but I get "Malformed packet" reported for the third
packet.

However, that does appear to be correct behaviour: the "Chapter X Sysex Data"
is invalid, in this instance, because all bytes bar the last byte of the data
must have their most significant bit set to zero, and this data doesn't.

If you meant "third" when you typed "final", then I regard this issue as
closed.

By the way, while you're looking at this dissector, there's one string which
contains the word "jounral" instead of "journal".
