I am attaching to this bug a single packet that when parsed causes wireshark to
tell me an exception has occured.  I have no idea if this is a real issue
honestly, but it told me an exception occured so I figured I'd report it for
investigation.

This is a GENERATED packet, not found in the wild.  So if it looks just a
little funny, it was supposed to.  This was found while testing something else
and wireshark just happened to complain.
