Comment # 7 on bug 8277 from 
OK, I see the problem. MS extended RFC 4178 and we did not have the SPNG spec
when we wrote the dissector. It was assumed that it conformed to RFC 4178, but
there is a slight difference.

I will have to figure out how to deal with this in such a way that it preserves
RFC 4178 SPNEGO in those cases where it is used.
