Hi,

The capture attached in the bug description contains UDP packets. How do you
configure Wireshark to perform the BSSGP dissection?
Looking at the code I could not find any obvious bug in the dissection of
Global eNB ID: we are performing the ASN.1 dissection as specified in 36.413.
